SOLIDWORKS STUDENT DESIGN COMPETITION 2013
“Innovative Conceptual Product Design for Motorcycle Security Locking System”
DESIGN THEME:
Innovative Conceptual Product Design: Motorcycle Security Locking System.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To promote creative and innovative conceptual product design.
2. To unleash innovative proof of concept prototype by leveraging on Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
3. To promote innovation in 3D design using SolidWorks in institutes of higher learning (IHL).
4. To demonstrate SolidWorks as an effective design-centric 3D CADtoolforsolidmodelling and assemblies.
5. To discover design and modelling talents and unleash creativity among the undergraduates.
6. To establish networking and learning community among SolidWorksusers.

Registration Period : 10th April 2013 to 24th May 2013
Design Submission Deadline : 14th July 2013

Registration is open to all undergraduate students who are pursuing certificates, diploma or degree program in institutions recognized by the Malaysian Government.

Prize:
1st Prize : RM 5,000 + PRIZES
2nd Prize :RM 3,000 + PRIZES
3rd Prize :RM 2,000 + PRIZES
